Job Description
Job Title: Team Member
Location: Pune
Shift: Rotational (including weekends if required)
Qualication Essential: Graduate
Experience
Minimum 6 months to 3 years in:

Banking Process
Mortgage / Insurance (US Voice)
Prior experience in back-oice operations
Role & Responsibilities
Process transactions accurately and meet daily production targets.
Ensure compliance with accuracy, touch time, and service level agreements
(SLAs).
Demonstrate good knowledge of US Insurance processing.
Exhibit strong reading comprehension to interpret and process documents
eectively.
Share and follow best practices within the team.
Be exible for shift rotations and work 5 days a week, including weekends if
required (No Indian holidays).
Handle multiple processes eiciently.
Escalate any deviation from dened processes and seek immediate
assistance.
Language Expertise
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong comprehension of written English documents.
Essential Skills
Neutral accent with excellent verbal & written communication.
Prior experience in international calling, preferably US.
Domain expertise in US Insurance.
Prociency in Windows OS, MS Oice (2003 or later), Image Applications.
Understanding of quality and productivity expectations.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
Typing speed: 3035 words per minute.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
