Job Description for the role of Citizen Service Executive:

1. Processing of Application for the Walkin applicants for the passport application.
2. Verification and Processing of applications
3. Handling the queries and processing of the applications like taking their photo and fingerprints as a part of the application process.

Selection Criteria for the role of Citizen Service Executive

1. Minimum qualification for the PSK operator shall be a full time Graduate degree from a Government recognized university with at least 2 years of data processing experience.
2. The PSK operators should be fluent in English, Hindi and local language of respective state where PSK is situated.
3. Should have a certificate from any recognized computer institute showing that that he/she knows the basic computer operations and office packages like MS Office etc.
