Job Summary


We are hiring a Relationship Manager / Customer Service Executive to manage interactions with customers and sub-agents. The role requires understanding client insurance requirements, coordinating with internal teams and insurance companies, resolving queries, arranging quotations, and ensuring timely conversion into premiums.


This role is strictly for candidates with prior General Insurance industry experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and interact with customers, corporate clients, and sub-agents
  • Understand client requirements across Motor, Health, Property, Marine, and other General Insurance products
  • Liaise with internal operations teams and insurance company officials for:
    • Quotations
    • Renewals
    • Endorsements
    • Policy issuance
  • Ensure timely resolution of client and agent queries
  • Follow up for premium conversion and policy closure
  • Maintain proper documentation, CRM records, and compliance
  • Support relationship retention and renewal servicing
  • Ensure all activities are in line with IRDAI and company guidelines

Mandatory Experience & Skills (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a General Insurance Broker, Corporate Agent, or Insurance Company
  • Experience in a similar client servicing / relationship management / customer service profile is mandatory
  • Hands-on exposure to insurer portals and broker operations
  • Sound working knowledge of:
    • Motor Insurance (mandatory)
    • Health Insurance (mandatory)
    • Property / Commercial Lines (preferred)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

Candidates without General Insurance industry experience will not be considered.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Insurance certifications (IRDAI / III / company trainings) preferred
