Implementing Configuration executing Operations and Maintenance activities of IN Intelligent Network for prepaid customers of Andhra Pradesh and Kerala circles with 100% systems availability.
To carry out the activities of IN System Administration for uninterrupted services availability
Coordinate for the availability of third party applications STP/MSC connectivity with IN systems.
Service modifications Hardware configuration FTP/Upgrade release FOR ZERO customer and revenue issues.
To Handle Customer Complaints to provide best service
To implement IN Operations for smooth functioning
Execute the INHLR Third Party Reconciliation Monthly audits.
