Giving detailed explanations of services or products.
Required Skills
*Candidate should be excellent in verbal communication skills
*Should have good verbal communication skills
*Looking for typing speed of 35WPM 90% Accuracy
*Good to have customer handling skills
*Should have good knowledge on customer support
* Minimum Qualification: Non-Technical education background required
*Should be flexible to work from office and night shifts
*Candidate should be in 15 kms of radius from work location
