Job Description

Your Role

4??15 years of experience with UKG Pro, WFM, and WFD implementations.

Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance.

Experience with UKG Dimensions configuration, including WIM (Workforce Integration Manager).

Proficiency in report writing (e.g., Cognos, BI tools).

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Your profile

Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of UKG Pro WFM and WFD modules.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

Design and implement timekeeping rules, pay policies, accruals, and scheduling workflows.

Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using UKG reporting tools.

Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
