Java DB - Senior Engineer @ Iris Software

• Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and understand application requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Java development with a focus on database integration.
• Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Strong experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.
