Job Description


Your role 
  • Develop and implement knowledge management policies, processes, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and document knowledge.
  • Review, validate, and update knowledge base content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage the organization''s knowledge management platform (e.g., ServiceNow, Confluence).
  • Align knowledge management practices with ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Promote a knowledge-sharing culture across teams and departments.
  • Your profile 
  • 4+ years of experience in knowledge management, preferably in an ITIL-aligned environment.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms and knowledge tools.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (required or preferred)..
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
