Job Title: Senior .NET & Angular Full stack Developer cum Team Lead
Location: Hybrid (Indore, India)

We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior .NET & Angular Full stack Developer cum Team Lead.
Position Overview:
In this dual-role position, you will spend approximately 80% of your time in hands-on coding and development while dedicating the remaining 20% to team management and mentoring. You will lead a team of developers in building robust, scalable, and secure applications using .NET for backend services and Angular for front-end development, along with managing SQL database development and integrating Azure cloud services. This is a hybrid work opportunity in Indore for candidates who are immediate joiners.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Development (80% Coding):
- Backend Development:
- Architect, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET Core/ASP.NET, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionality.
- Frontend Development:
- Design and implement dynamic, responsive web interfaces using Angular (v8+), ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
- Develop reusable Angular components and implement state management solutions.
- Database Management:
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and other database objects.
- Ensure data integrity and performance optimization across various data-driven applications.
- Cloud Integration:
- Leverage Azure Cloud services for deploying, monitoring, and managing applications.
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and automate deployment processes.
Team Leadership & Management (20%):
- Mentorship & Guidance:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor team progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate team meetings, agile ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- .NET: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core/ASP.NET frameworks and C# programming.
- Angular: Minimum 3+ years of experience developing modern, responsive web applications with Angular.
- SQL Databases: Minimum 2+ years of experience in SQL database design, development, and optimization.
- Azure Cloud: Familiarity with deploying and managing applications using Azure Cloud services.
- Development Practices:
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrating backend and frontend systems.
- Proficient in version control systems such as Git and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Other Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) is desirable.
