Job Description
Purchase Manager - HVAC/ Plumbing/ valves/ Firefighting Industries with SAP
We are hiring for Purchase Manager @ Bangalore Location. Engineering Graduate (BE/ B.Tech ) having 7 + Years of work experience in HVAC/ Plumbing/ valves/ Firefighting Industries with SAP Experiences will be preferable. The detailed JD as follows;
- Operations ;
- Driving all purchase and dispatch operations.
- Whether purchases are happening on time of back-to-back orders.
- Whether follow-ups of in transit material happening on time.
- Whether delivery information and follow-up until reaches site.
- Pending material delivery information to customers.
- Special material/non stock material procurement plan.
- Planned dispatches happening on time.
- Material warehousing, material collection from transporters warehouse, lr updating to backend team on time.
- Planning of material procurement to purchase team of stock and special material.
- Group discussion of deliveries on a daily basis for dispatch.
- SAP operations with regards to purchase and dispatches.
- Double check of SOS before dispatching the materials.
- Defective material follow-up with customers and vendors.
- Inventory audit planning with Huzaifa and team.
- Assisting sales team with regards to purchase and dispatches.
- Reporting to husain sir about the process functioning and new plans to improve the purchase and dispatch departments and processes.
- Closure of customer escalations with regards to any issues faced by them with regards to materials.
- Logistics & Material Handling
- Logistics operations (Main).
- Handling inward and outward material management.
- Handling project supply chain.
- Handling inter-store requisite for material.
- Handling planning and execution of dispatches both local and interstate.
- Handling follow-ups with my team on timely for execution of dispatches.
- Handling some of the local purchases under Hussain guidance.
- Handling inventory control of all inward/outward goods.
- Handling follow-ups of all interstate dispatches with concern transporters for timely delivery of the material.
- Handling stock audits of all the products.
- Final checks after material is ready to be dispatched and all other necessary checks before the material leaves out of the godown.
- DCS/bills/e-sugam management.
- Handling service related issues in necessary cases.
- Tracker updating management local and interstate.
- Bangalore customs material management (ICD, CWC, AND AIRPORT).
- Local and interstate part and full load vehicle placements.
- Stock report management.
- Syncro industries material management and dispatches control.
