Job Profile:

24/7 shifts with rotational week-offs
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience required
Handle international customer queries and provide excellent service
Opportunity to work with a global team

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries/issues efficiently
Provide product/service information
Meet customer satisfaction targets
