Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Conduct advanced Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with leadership, HRBPs, and department heads to align learning with business goals.
  • Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end learning programs across behavioral, functional, leadership, and technical areas.
  • Facilitate a minimum of 8 hours of training sessions per day for employees across all levels, ensuring engaging and impactful delivery.
  • Mentor and coach managers and team leaders to build people management and performance skills.
  • Develop structured learning roadmaps, competency frameworks, and succession planning initiatives for mid-level managers.
  • Monitor training effectiveness using impact measurement models (e.g., Kirkpatrick, ROI framework) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Manage training budgets, vendor empanelment, and external partnerships for specialized programs.
  • Drive adoption of digital learning platforms (LMS/e-learning), blended learning strategies, and micro-learning modules.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of performance learning culture across units through audits, dashboards, and periodic reviews.
  • Partner with employee engagement teams to design initiatives that boost retention, morale, and productivity.
  • Facilitate Rewards & Recognition programs aligned with organizational values and performance culture.
  • Engage in senior management interactions to present training outcomes, engagement levels, and workforce capability building progress.

Skills Required:


  • Proven experience in L&D strategy, design, and facilitation across levels.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the stamina and adaptability to conduct full-day (8 hours) training programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to link learning initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Strong project management and cultural sensitivity to work across diverse groups.
