Job Description Application Developer (RPA Automation Anywhere & VBA /Excel Macro)
Project Role: Application Developer

Experience Level: Minimum 4 years+

Education: 15 years of full-time education (Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent)

Required Technical Skills & Experience

3+ years of RPA experience with Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred).
Automation Anywhere Advanced Certification Must Have
Automation Anywhere Master Certification Good to Have
Solid experience with AA core concepts including:
Work Queues, RE Framework
Credential Vault, Error Handling
OCR/PDF Extraction
Attended and Unattended Bot Architecture
Hands-on expertise in bot development, deployment, and ongoing support.
Strong command of text manipulation and pattern matching using Regular Expressions (Regex) Must Have.
Proficiency in automating Excel tasks using VBA Highly Desired.
Good understanding of Citrix environments and OCR integrations.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance on bot design, coding, testing, and issue resolution.
Familiarity with infrastructure aspects of RPA such as bot runners, control room configuration, etc., is a plus.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in:
o SQL (MS SQL Server Management Studio)
o Version control tools (SVN, GitHub)
o Project and ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)
o Collaboration tools (MS Teams, Outlook)

Exposure to other RPA tools like UiPath.
