Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Centre Operations & Facility Management

Manage day-to-day operations of the co-working centre
Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, housekeeping, security, IT, and vendors
Maintain SLA compliance and service quality
Oversee inventory, maintenance, and cost control

2. Revenue & Occupancy Management

Drive seat occupancy, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
Coordinate with the sales team to close walk-ins and corporate leads
Track revenue, collections, and ageing
Ensure billing accuracy and timely collections

3. Member Experience & Community Building

Act as the primary point of contact for all members
Ensure high NPS and retention
Handle escalations, grievances, and service recovery
Plan and execute community events, networking sessions, and engagement activities

4. Team Management

Manage on-site teams (front desk, housekeeping, security)
Conduct shift planning, training, and performance reviews
Build a customer-first culture within the centre

5. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure statutory, safety, and compliance adherence
Maintain centre MIS occupancy, revenue, costs, feedback, incidents
Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with leadership
