Job Description
We at ICICI Lombard General Insurance are hiring recruiter @ Pimpri
Location: Pimpri (5 min walking from Pimpri metro station)
Languages Required: Telugu or Tamil or Malayalam (Fluent)
Employment Type: Off-Role (HGS Payroll)
Please Note selected recruiter has to work 3 days at Pune office & 2 days at Pimpri office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
- Identify, source, and attract potential candidates for the agency channel.
- Use various channels such as referrals, job portals (Naukri.com, Shine.com, Apna Portal), social media, and local networking.
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews.
2. Coordination & Selection
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Evaluate candidates based on company guidelines and agency model requirements.
- Maintain smooth communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
3. Onboarding & Documentation
- Ensure selected candidates complete onboarding and documentation as per company standards.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with branch managers and senior leaders to understand manpower needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status, pipelines, and challenges.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or field recruitment.
- Strong communication skills in Telugu or Malayalam or Tamil (mandatory).
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring.
- Should have knowledge & experience using job portal like Naukri.com & Shine.com
- Good interpersonal skills with local networking ability.
- Comfortable working towards targets and timelines.
