Profile Details:
Role : Customer Care executive
Shifts: Rotational (Rotational Offs)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: Handsome package for graduate freshers
Cab Facility: Both sides (within transport zone)
Salary- 19k-32k Upto CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet performance targets (quality, productivity, and attendance).
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
- Graduate /Undergraduates with 6 months of customer service experience
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Walk-in Drive: Monday to Wednesday
