Maintain Service Catalog and Service level management and ITSM Modules
Must have Hands-on experience with Modules like IRM, TPRM, GRC, BCM, ITSM and VR. Good to have experience of SPM, CMDB and HRSD.
Executing advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities and Service Portal.
Building and maintaining integrations using Web Services, JDBC, middleware
Developing and collaborating as part of an Agile team.
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions with the ServiceNow platform based on industry best practices business needs.
Lead Health scan and audit initiatives
Develop, implement, and enforce deployment plans and operation checklists for the sustainment of the platform.
Ensure timely response to system alerts and customer reported issues, raising concerns as appropriate
Get the issues / requests resolved by exercising independent judgment within established Incident, Change, Configuration, Problem, Knowledge guidelines and support practices.
Maintain SOP, handover documentation for project activities with provider/implementation teams
