Job Description
We are seeking a motivated engineer to join our team to help with the design, development, release, and support our metrology products. The successful candidate will:
- Understand our ADE metrology products functionalities and the underlying DGA architecture insights to visualize the requirements from the other stake holders.
- Enhance and write software in C++ Java on Windows Linux to add new and enhance the existing functionalities for the WS/PWG products.
- Design and implement features to generate different metrics using the data collected by the instrument.
- Support the customer issues and work with the stakeholders to bring to closure.
- Adhere to the development process and BKMs already in place.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer science / Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent field (Masters preferred)
- 2 - 4 years of Software Engineering Experience preferrable in a product company
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and Team co-ordination skills required
- Self-learner, able to work with minimum supervision
- Creative thinker with good problem analysis and solving abilities
Experience
- Excellent software design/implementation capabilities
- Networking and Hardware knowledge is essential
- Technical competency in using C++, Java, in Windows 32/64 bit programming environment
- Proven experience in using UML, OOP and OOD methodologies
- Good Debugging skills
- Proven experience in User interface design and implementation
- Semi-conductor domain experience is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge in working with distributed, cross platform (Windows-Linux) application
- Knowledge of KT specific or general semiconductor domain
- Minimum Qualifications: Masters Level Degree or work experience of 0-1 year, Bachelors Level Degree or work experience of 2-4 years
