Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using various tools and technologies.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test cases, scripts, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Experience with automation testing tools and technologies, such as Selenium or Appium.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
