Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Leverage experience in payroll domain to deliver HR and Payroll transformation projects for global clients, in collaboration with other GDS teams and other EY member firms
Analyse and evaluate existing payroll systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Configure and customize Dayforce Payroll software to align with business requirements.
Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct system testing, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions or enhancements.
Provide end-user training and support during implementation and post-implementation phases.

Preferred candidate profile

4 7 years of experience in Payroll operations and consulting domain and Dayforce Payroll.
B.Tech/Masters degree in finance/HR or full time MBA
Experience in delivering payroll implementation and transformation programs, as part of a global distributed team
Hands-on experience in Payroll configuration, compliance, and integrations within Dayforce.

Locations - Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kochi, Trivandrum, Noida, Kolkata, Mumbai.
