Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow architecture aligned with business needs.
• Define platform standards, roadmaps, and upgrade-safe design practices.
• Map business requirements to ServiceNow standard functionality, minimizing customization.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers.
• Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance.
• Support Agile delivery and guide technical backlog refinement.
• Review platform changes for adherence to architecture and governance standards.

Required Skills:

• ServiceNow Expertise: 8+ years in architecture, development, and implementation.
• Modules: ITSM, ITOM, Telecom Service Management, Order Management, Integrations.
• Technical Skills: JavaScript, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe practices.
