Helpdesk Officer / Contact centre agent v Full-Time Contractual Role v Friendly High Energy team v Work from Office, DTP Whitefield, Bangalore Your role: You will be responding to enquiries from existing Australia/New Zealand Banking customers as the first point of contact and you will provide high-quality service that the bank Customers have come to expect from one of Australias leading providers of financial services. You will assist customers via multiple channels, providing consistent and accurate support in line with existing legislation. You will be available to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 1:00am - 1:00pm Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays with comp off. Responsibilities: Respond to Inbound enquiries. Make Outbound Phone Calls Email Correspondence with customers. Adhering to high compliance and quality standards Case management Preferred Skills: Excellent verbal written communication skills. Computer Literacy Working knowledge on MS Office Suite High attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment. Qualification: Graduate and above. Required Experience: 1-3 years experience in International Call centre. To be successful in this role you will be motivated and punctual with a strong work ethic and the ability to self-manage.
