Job Description Lead Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing high-performance recruitment teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring processes, vendor coordination, and ensuring seamless recruitment delivery aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong team leadership experience, including guiding and mentoring recruitment teams.
- Ability to work effectively in an individual contributor (IC) role when required, especially during team shortages.
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies through strong Vendor Management expertise.
- Handle recruitment for Enterprise customers, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Experience in an IT services environment is highly preferred.
- Lead volume hiring initiatives efficiently within defined timelines.
- Successfully work in a target-driven role, meeting monthly and quarterly hiring goals.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.

- Work from office (WFO) requirement candidates must be open to working onsite.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is mandatory.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as AI, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Stay updated with and implement best practices in hiring to optimize recruitment processes.
