Job Description
We are looking for a Payroll Associate / Executive with hands-on experience in US / UK / India payroll processing to manage payroll operations and support payroll-related accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Ensure statutory compliance and tax regulations for US / UK / India payroll.
- Maintain payroll records, employee data, and documentation.
- Support payroll accounting activities including reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
- Stay updated with payroll laws, labour regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Handle payroll-related queries and support internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in US or UK or India payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- High attention to detail with good communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to payroll audits and compliance reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles efficiently.
