This role is for APAC market:

Job Title : Sr. Recruiter (APAC)

Shift timings : 09:30 - 06:30 PM / 06:30 AM - 3:30 PM IST

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent from various sources such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding candidate status updates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in technical recruitment (domestic staffing, international recruitment, international hiring).
  
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and market dynamics.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar tools.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computers (BCA/B.Sc.).
