Job Description

Medical RCM Back-End Operations Leader
1. Sr. Director
2. Must have managed a min of 500+ resources in back-end processes (AR and Payment Posting)
3. Physican experience preferred, but hospital OK
4. Multi-client (ideally over 100) and multi-specialty experience
5. Should be based out of Mumbai
6. Experienced operator at scale with clear automation examples within their portfolio

Any degree

To handle complete operations for backend.

Ensure to meet client expectations

Maintain attrition, and shrinkage
