Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant databases.
Ensure timely communication with clients regarding candidate status updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computers (BCA or B.Tech/B.E.).
Strong understanding of IT staffing concepts including C2H contracting models.
Proficiency in using ATS software like Domestic Staffing Tools.
