Performance Management

Hiring Support
Act as the primary point of contact for vendor support, especially for critical location hiring and high-volume drives.
Relationship Nurturing
"Nourish" vendor relationships to guarantee reliable manpower support during peak periods and sale events.
Deployment & Mapping
Strategically map and allocate vendors to local operational sites to meet immediate staffing demands.
