Title: Gen AI Engineer Gen AI Engineering
Responsibilities
- Contribute to building AI-powered workflows end-to-end, finding the right balance between research and development
- Contribute to designing and implementing generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock foundation models and features like Bedrock Agents
- Collaborate on building and optimizing RAG systems with vector databases for enterprise knowledge bases
- Support development of AI agents with tool integration and workflow automation capabilities
Qualifications
- Foundational Experience (4+ Years):
- Machine Learning & AI systems with production deployment experience
- NLP experience with text embeddings, document chunking, and semantic similarity
- AWS cloud architecture focusing on AI/ML services and scalable infrastructure
- Strong experience in programming language and distributed systems design
- Generative AI Experience (2+ Years):
- AWS Bedrock foundation models with exposure to Bedrock Agents/Knowledge Bases
- RAG implementation and vector database integration
- LLM integration and prompt engineering
- Vector databases for semantic search applications
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelors degree.
Required Skills
- Programming & AI Frameworks: Proficiency in Javascript/NodeJs/Python or relevant languages with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
2. AWS Services: 2+ years AWS experience (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway etc)
3. AI Tools: Experience in working with Coding tools such Github Copilot.
- Passion for building great user experiences for the clients, attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with software design, problem solving and debugging skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Agentic Chatbots: Experience building conversational AI agents with memory, context management, and multi-turn interactions
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g JIRA, Confluence)
