Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Control Tower Operations: Lead the Large & Furniture Control Tower for the Zone, ensuring smooth endtoend execution.
• Customer Experience Metrics: Own NPS, Planning, and Expansion charters to measure and improve user experience.
• Objective Setting: Define clear parameters to track performance, set ambitious goals, and build systems to achieve them.

Customer Experience Focus

• Identify and improve key touchpoints across the user lifecycle.
• Deliver quick improvements for immediate impact while supporting longterm enhancements.
• Partner with product teams to influence the roadmap for stronger customer experience.

Operational Excellence

• Implement SOPs for structured resolution of user issues.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Operations, Procurement, Middle Mile, Tech) to drive best practices.
• Support 5S implementation across hubs to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Contribute to building a positive culture within Zonal BE teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align on business, operations, and technology solutions.
• Support hiring and development of motivated teams focused on consumer delight and operational excellence.

What youll need:

• Graduate in Engineering/Operations Research/ Supply Chain Management domain is preferred
• Tech savvy, Problem solving, data-driven decision-making ability through the stakeholders
