Job Description Junior HR Partner

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our HR team at Hireworks.

This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, candidate coordination, and people management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential candidates through online platforms.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers.
  
• Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
  
• Assist in onboarding and other HR support functions.
  
• Contribute to team goals and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Only freshers in HR domain.
  
• Strong interest in human resources and people engagement.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Personal laptop. (Must)
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
  
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Salary: 13,800 Net Take Home, 5,000 Variable Pay, Other benefits incentives. Additional to PF & ESI.
