Job Title: Project Manager / QA-QC Construction

Location: UAE

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / QA-QC professional to manage construction projects while ensuring strict compliance with quality standards, timelines, budgets, and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from initiation to handover
• Manage site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE authority requirements
• Implement and monitor Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and method statements
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and workmanship standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections
• Monitor project progress, cost control, quality metrics, and risk management
• Prepare project reports, QA/QC documentation, NCRs, and corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and ISO quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 510 years of experience in construction projects within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction codes, QA/QC procedures, and authority approvals
• Experience in project planning, quality management, and site coordination
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
