Job Description

Role Overview:


Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for technical services within the FM (Facility Management) platform. Act as the single point of contact for technical expertise, supporting business development, mobilization, operations, and technology initiatives across regions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Expertise & Operations

  • Provide technical support for FM services (electrical, HVAC, WTP/STP, fire systems, BMS, etc.).
  • Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and review AMC/vendor costs.
  • Coordinate technical training and maintain site data for benchmarking.

2. Scoping

  • Assist in scoping, cost estimation (R&M, AMC, tools), and client presentations.
  • Recommend technology solutions and demonstrate tools to clients.

3. Mobilization

  • Support new site setup: maintenance processes, staff training, safety (LOTO), and technical assessments.
  • Deploy AMS tools (AMF, Maximo) and ensure compliance.

4. Technology & Innovation

  • Drive adoption of FM technology tools and global initiatives.
  • Share industry innovations and lead special projects.

5. HSE & Compliance

  • Conduct risk assessments and support HSE training and implementation.

6. Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams (SCM, IT, HSE) on technical projects.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and budget guidelines.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge in FM services.
  • Ability to travel and work on-site as needed.
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
