Job Description

Hi Jobseekers,

We are hiring candidates for Noida location for Part-time as well as full time role. The role involves handling customer queries through chat and email, ensuring high-quality service, and resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and service requests.

PART-TIME DETAILS

Salary:13,500 CTC-10,800 In-hand
Shift Timings (Any One):

9:00 AM 2:00 PM
6:00 PM 11:00 PM

FULL-TIME DETAILS

Eligibility: Graduate mandatory
Salary:

Freshers: 19,000 CTC
Experienced: 22,000 CTC

Eligibility-

UG / Graduate candidates
Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Good communication skills in English is required
Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and off.

Roles & Responsibilities-

Handle customer queries through chat and email support
Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer concerns
Ensure quality compliance in all customer interactions
Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and service requests
Maintain proper documentation and ticket updates as per process guidelines
