Job Description Head, Nodal Operations, Liaison & Law Enforcement (LEA)
Position Overview-
Spinny is seeking an experienced leader to head its Nodal Operations, Liaisoning, and Law Enforcement Affairs (LEA) across India. This role will oversee Nodal Officers, manage high-intensity escalations from government and law-enforcement agencies, and build strong relationships with authorities to ensure secure, compliant, and disruption-free business operations.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in government coordination, nodal operations, enforcement support, crisis response, fraud investigation, and team leadership, with the capability to navigate complex situations across multiple regions.

2. Government Liaison & Regulatory Coordination
3. Law Enforcement Support & Critical Incident Management
4. Dispute Resolution & Stakeholder Handling
5. Fraud Prevention, Asset Protection & Investigations
6. Team Leadership, Process Enhancement & Cross-functional Collaboration
Required Qualifications & Experience:-
- 12+ years in Nodal Operations, Liaisoning, Law Enforcement Support, Compliance Ops, Risk, or related domains.
- Proven experience managing Nodal Officers or Nodal Teams in a tech-enabled business (e-commerce, mobility, logistics, fintech, etc.).
- Strong network and working experience with enforcement bodies like Police, EOW, Cyber Cells, Transport Authorities, and other regulators.
- Ability to handle high-pressure, sensitive, or urgent cases with composure and clarity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
