The Hub Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experience at our retail hub by managing operations efficiently and ensuring seamless support for customers in their car buying journey. This role involves leading a team, handling inventory, engaging with customers, and driving sales through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and allocate slots for customer walk-ins and visits.
• Lead and oversee a team of Relationship Managers at the hub.
• Schedule Home Test Drives (HTD) efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with customers at the retail hub by understanding their needs and providing suitable recommendations.
• Oversee hub inventory management and ensure availability of required stock.
• Engage with customers, conduct test drives, and negotiate as needed.
• Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner to enhance satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in B2C sales and operations.
• At least 2 years of team management experience.
• Graduate degree in any relevant field.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and the regional language.
• Proven track record in customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving.
