Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional internal teams for timely deliverables
- Complete ownership of all the bookings that have been collected until it gets delivered
- Maintaining google sheets and dashboards for tracking key metrics
- Timely communication to Consumers for explaining internal processes
- Coordinating with customers, field executives, closure executives, finance team etc. to
- successfully close the lead
- Uploading all the documents in CRM dashboard
- Handing over the original documents to post sales team and taking sign off
- Follow up with the seller on the documents for which amount is held
- Receiving the held documents from seller and releasing the held amount
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate degree, Good verbal communication skills English, Hindi, and regional language (will be an added advantage)
- Candidates who are good with customer engagement
- Candidates who know how to use dashboards and conversant with MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Candidates who have done coordination across stakeholders are preferable
