Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional internal teams for timely deliverables
• Complete ownership of all the bookings that have been collected until it gets delivered
• Maintaining google sheets and dashboards for tracking key metrics
• Timely communication to Consumers for explaining internal processes
• Coordinating with customers, field executives, closure executives, finance team etc. to
• successfully close the lead
• Uploading all the documents in CRM dashboard
• Handing over the original documents to post sales team and taking sign off
• Follow up with the seller on the documents for which amount is held
• Receiving the held documents from seller and releasing the held amount

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate degree, Good verbal communication skills English, Hindi, and regional language (will be an added advantage)
• Candidates who are good with customer engagement
• Candidates who know how to use dashboards and conversant with MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Candidates who have done coordination across stakeholders are preferable
