The Palette Design Studio is a premium luxury interior design brand specializing in bespoke, non-modular residential interiors. We provide end-to-end interior design and execution solutions for high-end residential clients across Thane and Mumbai.
We are looking for experienced Sales Managers who can handle qualified leads, conduct client consultations, present luxury interior solutions, and independently close residential interior projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads generated through digital marketing, references, and walk-ins
- Conduct in-office client meetings to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Present luxury interior design solutions in a consultative and professional manner
- Independently close residential interior projects and achieve monthly booking targets
- Conduct site visits to assess scope, layout, and feasibility
- Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth handover post-closure
- Ensure proper documentation, booking confirmation, and payment coordination
- Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to management
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design Sales / Real Estate Sales / Builder Sales
- Proven experience in client-facing sales and deal closures
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality
- Comfortable handling premium residential and high-value clients
- Willing to work from Thane and travel within Mumbai for site visits
- Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler preferred
