Job Description:
We are looking for German Bilingual professionals with B2-level certification to join our team immediately. The role involves handling German language processes and supporting business operations with high-quality communication and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle German language-based processes (written and/or verbal communication)
Translate, review, and respond to German emails/documents as required
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure process accuracy and turnaround time
Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines
Meet productivity and performance targets

Eligibility Criteria:

German language proficiency: B2 certification (mandatory)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Willingness to join immediately
Candidates must be currently residing in Hyderabad
Only Hyderabad-based candidates are eligible to apply

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a German language process or BPO/shared services
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a team

Work Location:

Hyderabad (Work from office)
