QA/ QC Engineer Dubai & Sharjah (UAE)
Location: Dubai / Sharjah, UAE
Job Title: QA/QC Engineer
Relocation: Candidates must be open to relocating to Dubai.
Notice Period: Immediate to 60-day notice period preferred.
Interview Mode: Mandatory face-to-face interview in Dubai.
Travel Reimbursement: Interview travel costs will be reimbursed.
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our project team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Review material submittals, method statements, and quality-related documents.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams on quality matters.
Monitor work execution and identify non-conformities; ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and records.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and project quality requirements.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant discipline).
Minimum 37 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
Experience in UAE or GCC projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, codes, and procedures.
Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil , Electrical, Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 - 7 years of UAE/GCC experience (as per company need)
