Job Description
This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining ERP integrations for Infor and/or Workday systems. You will work on Infor Process Automation (IPA) workflows, service flows, scripting, and task automation, while leveraging programming skills to develop robust integration solutions. The position requires collaboration with functional teams to ensure seamless data exchange across ERP modules such as HCM, SCM, and Finance. Exposure to cloud architecture, SaaS platforms, and emerging technologies like AI (LLMs, Agentic AI) is highly desirable.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations for Infor modules (HCM, SCM, Finance) and/or Workday.
- Develop and optimize Infor Process Automation (IPA) workflows, service flows, and scripts.
- Implement task automation and ensure integration reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with ERP functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Document integration designs, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on cloud architecture and SaaS best practices for ERP systems.
Must have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ERP integration development (Infor or Workday).
- Expertise in Infor Process Automation (IPA) including workflow design and scripting.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, .NET, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and data exchange protocols.
- Exposure to healthcare IT environments.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Infor or Workday integration certification.
- Experience with Workday integration tools and frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS platforms.
- Experience in AI technologies (LLMs, Agentic AI) for automation and optimization.
