JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Talent Acquisition Intern
Title: Talent Acquisition
Open Positions: 2
Work Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Work Timings: General Shift
Responsibilities:
- Understanding job requirements and hiring needs.
- Design job descriptions & interviews questions for all the job openings.
- Posting jobs on various job portals and social media.
- Sourcing and screening both active and passive candidates in the market.
- Communicating with all stakeholders for smooth execution and experience.
- Having continuous engagements with the candidates to ensure a successful hire and joining.
- Responsible for reference check & BGV of selected candidates.
- Maintaining recruitment database of all the candidates.
- Closing all the open positions as per the timelines.
- Improving HR processes with quality inputs.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- Fresher to 2years
Qualification:
- Any Graduate/Post graduate
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be having basic knowledge of end to end recruitment.
- Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
- Problem solving skills and multitasking ability.
- Specialization into Human Resource Management will be plus point.
