Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in .NET technologies, cloud architecture, and modern development practices, along with leadership capability to mentor and guide a small development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of scalable and high-performance .NET applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle requirement gathering, architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Review code, perform debugging, and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality through automated testing and reviews.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7, and Web API development.
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework / EF Core and LINQ.
- Experience with Angular / React / Vue for front-end (good to have).
- Proficiency in SQL Server / PostgreSQL and writing complex queries.
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, etc.) or AWS.
- Experience in Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to mentor and lead a small team of developers.
- Self-driven and proactive attitude with attention to detail.
Domain Experience (Preferred):
- Automotive / Manufacturing domain exposure is a strong plus.
- Experience working in enterprise-level product development or OEM environments.
