Job Description

We have openings for the position of Automated Operations Engineer (Telecom Based Technical Profile -Not Call center type job) with Ericsson Global India Services Pvt. Ltd in Bengaluru, Noida, Pune, and Kolkata, on Payroll of Accord Synergy Limited

Ericsson is an MNC a Swedish multinational networking and telecommunications company with its presence in 100+ countries.

Freshers are eligible.

Role Overview:
The Automated Operations Engineer role is responsible for the coordination, support, management, and execution of Level-1 proactive and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring continuous service availability and performance in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The role also supports MS Broadcast Playout operations, managing both static and live playout delivery by executing MS Broadcast Playout (MSTOP) processes, thereby ensuring customer services meet agreed performance levels and delivery expectations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Mandatory skills Required :Basic knowledge of Telecom

Secondary skills required : Service Desk, Change Management

BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication

Strong communication and presentation skills in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Sound knowledge of telecom infrastructure, networking fundamentals, and mobile communication standards

Exposure to Python, AI, IoT, or other programming languages will be an added advantage

Willingness to work Monday to Friday and in rotational shifts
