JOB PURPOSE -

organisation.
The role (Purpose) of an Associate is multi-dimensional and covers academic, career, and personal aspects
to support students in their overall well-being and success throughout their educational journey. An Associate
would play a crucial role in helping students navigate the challenges and confusion associated in the search
for a suitable university.
1) Associate would counsel and advice students, individually, on issues related to planning an academic
program, choosing an educational or career goal.
2) This includes initial inquiry and application, financial aid, scholarship opportunities, Deposit (Sale) and
enrolment confirmation.
3) Associate would also support students in making career related decisions, assist students in the use of
existing resources for learning about careers of interest to them and assist with programs and services
related to placement activities.
Assist prospective students in the application process, including
providing guidance on how to complete the application, collecting
required documents, and submitting the application.
Review and evaluate applications for admission, making decisions on
the eligibility of prospective students based on established criteria.
Provide guidance and assistance to prospective students in securing
financial aid and scholarships.
Communicate with prospective students throughout the enrolment
process, providing updates on their application status, answering
questions, and addressing any concerns.
Direct Sales
Connecting with prospective students to provide information and answer
questions about the program and convert as Sale.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless
enrolment process for prospective students.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files on prospective
students.
Stay current on industry developments and trends and provide insight
and recommendations to improve the Sales/Admissions/Enrolment
process.
Email Communication whenever required.
Sales Force Management - Managing Working/Nurturing/Opportunity
pipeline.
Admin Support
Act as a liaison between internal teams and students.
Stay abreast of student recruitment trends and best practices.
DESIRED PROFILE
Graduate Degree.
Minimum 3 Years+ Experience.
