10+ years of leadership experience, ideally in a global organization with with 14+ years of experience in the IT industry
Extensive OCM consulting experience, particularly in technology transformation (both strategic and delivery) & Exp in Sales.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong expertise in OCM principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong client focus and relationship-building abilities.
Experience leading complex organizational change initiatives.
Understanding of global business dynamics and cultural nuances.
Passion for innovation and a track record of driving impactful change.
Strong presentation skills.
OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG, CCMP).
BE/BTech degree in Computers, Electronics, or equivalent.
