Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Must have experience of handling US, UK or European clients
