JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities Provide assurance over the end-to-end testing process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with developers , product managers, Domain owners and other stakeholders to define quality goals and success/signoff criteria. Creation and execution of test cases, scripts, and scenarios. Iteratively coordinate UAT with the business, as well as end-to-end testing at the conclusion of a project. Work closely with engineering to ensure that appropriate consideration and testing is considered for OAT, NFT and DR testing. Compile test evidence and test results across all areas. Report on test progress, metrics, and quality status to stakeholders. Work closely with the business to ensure defect priority and impact is understood and appropriately prioritized. Drive continuous improvement in testing practices. Required Experience / Qualifications: Minimum of 7 + of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Minimum in Automation using leading automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field. Experience in performance and security testing. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
