We are looking for an experienced COO to lead operations across Recruitment, BPO, Cloud Services, Digital Marketing, and US project delivery. The role involves driving operational excellence, strengthening delivery frameworks, ensuring profitability, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic business growth.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in Operations/Delivery Leadership
Strong background in Recruitment/BPO/Cloud/Digital Services
Experience managing US or International operations
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills
