Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Gather & document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS)
  
• Work on UPI, Cards, IMPS, AePS, Mobile Banking, CBDC
  
• Perform gap analysis, process mapping & impact analysis
  
• Support UAT, regression testing, and release cycles
  
• Collaborate with product, tech, and compliance teams
  
• Ensure regulatory and operational alignment
  

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ yrs as Business Analyst (Banking/Payments)
  
• Strong domain knowledge in Payments & Digital Banking
  
• UAT, SDLC, Process Modeling (BPMN)
  
• Stakeholder management & communication skills
  
• BA Certification: PMI-PBA / ECBA / CCBA

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal candidate has 8+ years of BA experience in banking/payments, strong domain knowledge of UPI, cards, reconciliation, and SDLC, with excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
